Chef Keith St. Peter
At the heart of Chef’s Encore is Executive Chef Keith St. Peter. Known for his ability to blend precision with “delicious chaos,” Chef Keith uses the Key West Cooking Show as his personal canvas.
Chef Keith St. Peter is a cornerstone of the Key West culinary community. With over two decades of experience in the island’s most iconic kitchens — including Blue Heaven and Antonia’s — Keith is a celebrated food historian and storyteller. The Chef’s Encore Series is his most personal project to date, allowing him to step out of the classroom and back into the spotlight to serve his community the dishes he loves most.
While many of our evenings follow thoughtfully composed themes, our “Chef’s Whimsey” nights allow Chef Keith to follow his instincts without rules or fixed themes. The result is a dining experience that is bold, unpredictable, and completely exclusive to our Key West guests.
